Online Self Assessment
The University of Minnesota - Twin Cities campus offers an online
self assessment for depression, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, generalized anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and alcohol. This free screening is made available to all UMN students and is taken anonymously.
The screening is provided so that you may find out - in a few minutes - whether or not a professional consultation would be helpful to you. If your score suggests you are likely to need assistance, please call to make an appointment at University Counseling & Consulting Services 612-624-3323 or the Mental Health Clinic at Boynton Health Service 612-624-1444.
